No, it only includes guests in your indoor space.


Does the 50 person occupancy limit include outdoor space?
 
No, it only includes guests in your indoor space.  There is no capacity limit to your outdoor space if you can effectively social distance.


Does my bar (separate room) count separately from my restaurant when calculating indoor space?
 
No, unfortunately, the entire indoor venue counts as one space.


Am I allowed to use my bar as seating?
 
Yes, IF you can guarantee that drinks and food are being prepared at least 6 feet away.  If you have a large bar – you may use one end for guests and another end for preparing drinks – with a 6 foot gap in between.  Also, patrons must be socially distanced (6 feet away) from other parties.


How to I apply for a patio expansion?
