The Annual Colorado ProStart & Sysco Denver Hospitality Cup Competition is a two-day event that showcases more than 200 Colorado ProStart® high schools students demonstrating a mastery of culinary and academic skills. Student competitors are vying for more than $1 million in scholarship opportunities from multiple post-secondary institutions. The school that accumulates the highest combined total from both the culinary and hospitality management competitions will take home the coveted traveling "Sysco Denver Hospitality Cup” trophy.

The winning teams from the state competition will represent Colorado ProStart® at the National ProStart® Invitational event.
